The Problems We Address
Grid Instability & Billing Chaos: In multi-tenant environments, hybrid power setups (Grid + Solar + Battery Backup) are a necessity. But calculating exactly how much grid power versus solar power a specific tenant used creates an accounting nightmare. Landlords rely on guesswork, leading to disputes, revenue loss, and strained tenant relations.
The Analog Water Issue: While power systems are slowly digitizing, water tracking remains stuck in the past. Manual meter readings are error-prone, labor-intensive, and fail to detect slow leaks until the monthly bill arrives. We saw the urgent need to bring water utility tracking up to the same rigorous, real-time standard as electrical data.
